Hop rinse to prevent hair loss and dandruff

Mix 30g of hop cones, shredded burdock roots, horsetail herb and 80g of shredded soapwort roots with 20g of chamomile flower. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of this mixture into 2 glasses of cold water and simmer slowly, covered, for 15-30 minutes. Set aside for 15 minutes and then strain. Pour two glasses of water onto the herbs remaining after straining. Again bring to a boil, and after a little drying, strain and add 2 tablespoons of a glass of warm water. Use the first lotion to wet your hair and massage the scalp with your fingers. Wait 15 minutes. Wash your head with the remaining water from the second decoction. It is preferable not to dry the hair and skin immediately after washing, but to tie a towel around the head and leave for half an hour.
