We make every effort to ensure that the products and services we offer related to the service of the order meet the expectations of customers.
We want all of our customers to be fully satisfied, so if the purchased goods do not meet your expectations, they can be returned. It is not necessary to state the reason for the return, however we would be grateful if you do. Your information will allow us to improve our offer and improve the work of our store. We are changing for you!
How do I make a return?
The customer returns the received product with no signs of use, with the original manufacturer’s tags, immediately and no later than within 14 days from the date of submitting the declaration of withdrawal from the sales contract or from the date of receipt of the shipment.

The completed and signed return form along with the returned product should be sent back with a proof of purchase (VAT invoice) to the address of the warehouse with the note RETURN.
Shipments sent back at the recipient’s expense will not be accepted. The money will be refunded within 14 days from the moment the Store receives the returned product, by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer.
The cost of returning the product to us is non-refundable.

Refund of receivables
As soon as the shipment reaches us and meets the above-mentioned conditions, we will start the refund procedure. The money will be transferred to your account within the statutory period of 14 business days.
The method of reimbursement depends on the method of payment:
for orders paid via the Paynow online payment platform, the refund will be made via the same website directly to your bank account,
for orders paid by traditional bank transfer, you must, in turn, write your account number (26 digits) in the return form, to which we will transfer the appropriate amount to you.
