Pour 100 g of hops into a jar and pour over 500 ml of pure spirit to cover entirely. Close the jar and leave it for 10 days in a dark place, shaking every other day.
Filter and pour into a dark glass bottle. In states of nervous tension, drink a tablespoon of the tincture diluted in a glass of water before going to bed.
