Hop infusion for insomnia

Mix 30g of hop cones, St. John’s wort and valerian root and 20g of peppermint leaves and motherwort herb or lemon balm leaves. Pour 2 ½ glasses of boiling water onto 2 tablespoons of this mixture, let it steep for half an hour, covered, set aside for 10 minutes and strain into a thermos. Drink 2/3 cup 2 times a day after eating in the event of insomnia caused by organ neuroses and general nervous excitement and a feeling of anxiety.
